  Are you being serious or sarcastic? While I clearly wasn’t happy with the massive and sudden price cut, I see no legal wrongdoing.

  Of course, I’m being sarcastic. She wants $1 million because a company dropped their price on one of their products? She wasn’t forced to buy anything. It was completely her decision to buy the iPhone in the first place–and the 4GB one at that. Nobody held a gun to her head and told her to buy it then. She could have waited until they got the 8GB ones in. It’s a completely baseless lawsuit. I hope she has to pay some court costs or something just for bringing the lawsuit and wasting everyone’s time.
