For being a “Red” state, Louisiana residents sure do take a lot of federal money.  Especially since LA ranks 22 in population.  And interesting that over half the money went to health care.  And this was in 2008–before Obama became President.

Wow.  Really?  No wonder the South has such a hard time getting rid of its stereotype that it’s uneducated.

As a side note:  Isn’t it sad that the man can’t even have lunch without his whole order being reported on and scrutinized?  But, I guess it’s equally sad that I enjoyed reading about his lunch and I’m now posting the link on my blog.  So, two wrongs do make a right.

The images in this book are great.  I like the one of Palin with the Statue of Liberty.  Also good are the ones of Palin replacing the science books with bibles and of her riding a dinosaur.
